I'd been physically active my whole life and followed gym programs for years before I discovered that there was "strength" - and there was FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH.
I finally realised that it wasn't just about getting a workout done, ticking the box and then moving on with life. There was so much more on offer...
Until then, I'd considered myself relatively fit and strong.
I was doing what I thought were the "right" things - working out & doing triathlons - but still didn't feel like this was effectively translating into my day-to-day, my interactions and the way I was showing up in the world.
I still had back pain and got injured often which was affecting my quality of life and leading me to feel disconnected from my physical potential.
In short, I wasn't satisfied with whatever it was I'd learned so far...
This ongoing dissatisfaction led me to start practicing yoga, attending a London studio regularly for a number of years before leaving a corporate career to travel to the Indian Himalayas to learn all number of techniques from yoga masters.
It was here that things began to CLICK and I worked each day to increase connection with my body, I felt like I was beginning to understand how to move.
I had officially journeyed from "Strong" (including chronic pain, stiffness & frequent injuries) to FUNCTIONAL - I was finally EMBODYING the strength, flexibility and potential I had sensed was there but that I hadn't been able to grasp.
From there, I qualified as an Advanced Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer and have spent the last four years mastering and teaching these functional techniques to men around the world.
I've now decided to put this applied knowledge & experience into one accessible, FUNCTIONAL & impactful online course designed specifically for men:

Do I need to have any experience in physical exercise, personal training or yoga to benefit from this course?
Absolutely not. You've already been moving your entire life. This course simply takes the knowledge & teachings from yoga, personal training & biomechanics and teaches you how to apply them in the most practical & accessible way possible. The exercises within the protocols have been designed to be scalable for all levels. All you need to do is focus your attention, give your best effort and take it one breath at a time.

The course is made up of seven recorded classes (protocols), accompanying written text and additional teaching materials (Programming & Key Moves PDF) which provide you with all the information you need to realise your physical potential.
